RETURN POLICY

Tempest Legacy Return and Exchange Policy

At Tempest Legacy, every timepiece is crafted with precision, pride, and a commitment to the heritage that inspires our brand. If your experience falls short of expectations, we are here to help. The following policy is designed to provide clarity while protecting the integrity of our products and operations.

1. Return Eligibility Window
You may request a return within 7 calendar days of the delivery date. After 7 days, Tempest Legacy is not obligated to offer a refund, return, or exchange.
All return requests must be submitted through your customer account. If you experience issues accessing your account, please contact our support team immediately.

2. Condition Requirements
To be eligible for a return, all items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Unworn, unused, and free from any signs of wear or handling

  • In the same condition as delivered

  • All original packaging, protective films, tags, and accessories must be fully intact

  • No scratches, strap creases, dents, or mechanical inconsistencies

Tempest Legacy reserves the right to reject returns that fail to meet these standards.

3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Any product not in its original condition

  • Any item damaged, altered, or missing components for reasons not attributable to Tempest Legacy

  • Any return request submitted more than 7 days after delivery

  • Customized, engraved, or special-order products


4. Evaluation and Approval Process
Once your return is received, it will undergo a full inspection by our quality assurance team.
You will be notified via email regarding approval or denial of your refund based on the condition of the returned product.
Approval is not guaranteed until the inspection is complete.

5. Refunds (If Approved)
Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
Processing times vary based on your financial institution.
If you have not received a refund after being notified of approval:

  1. Verify your bank or card account

  2. Contact your credit card company

  3. Follow up with your bank, as posting delays are possible

If you still have not received your refund after completing these steps, contact us at support@tempestlegacy.com.

6. Exchanges
Exchanges are only available for items that arrive defective or damaged.
To request an exchange for the same model, email our support team before returning the item.
Exchanges cannot be processed for requests submitted after the 7-day eligibility window.

7. Shipping Responsibility
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, and any refund issued will have return shipping charges deducted.
When returning a Tempest Legacy timepiece, we strongly recommend:

  • Using a trackable shipping service

  • Purchasing adequate shipping insurance

Tempest Legacy is not responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered return shipments.

8. Restocking Fee and Damage Charges
As a premium watchmaker, each return requires a full inspection to verify movement integrity, accuracy, and case condition.
Tempest Legacy reserves the right to charge a restocking fee or damage repair fee if:

  • The timepiece shows signs of wear

  • Protective films or packaging materials are missing

  • The watch exhibits user-caused scratches, impacts, strap wear, or mechanical issues

Restocking and repair fees are applied at the discretion of Tempest Legacy’s certified inspection team and will be deducted from the refund amount.

9. Fraud and Abuse
Tempest Legacy reserves the right to refuse returns, deny refunds, or block future purchases if return activity is deemed excessive, fraudulent, or inconsistent with normal consumer behavior.
